TPA Applications

The railway can be a dangerous environment. Laws that apply to working around railways often impose different and higher standards than those that apply to work being undertaken in other environments.

Entry to property controlled by V/Line is prohibited without a valid Site Access Permit (SAP). All access and approved activities must be in accordance with the terms and conditions as outlined in the Site Access Permit issued.

The amount of $750 + GST is applicable prior to an initial review being conducted. This fee is the minimum Flag-fall charge that is applicable to ALL applications and is non-refundable. A Purchase Order must be submitted along with your access application. A provision to attach you purchase order and record it's number will be found once you complete your access application.

Please Note: Government Funded Projects are excluded from providing a Purchase Order Number
